DVR Tax and Accounting was founded on the belief that every small business owner deserves accounting solutions that save time, reduce taxes, and make life easier. As your accountant, we promise to do the heavy lifting on the financial side of your business so you’re free to focus on running it. 

Diana is the owner of DVR Tax and Accounting and has over 15 years experience in accounting. She earned a Masters in Science in Accounting (MSA) and has earned the status of an enrolled agent which is the highest credential that the IRS awards. Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights and are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before. She started her career working for a CPA firm in Westchester, NY and has since left and started DVR Tax and Accounting. A firm believer in the importance of small businesses in our community, she utilizes her extensive experience in business taxation to support the growth of local businesses and the families that run them. She is also currently a board member of School To End Poverty (S.T.E.P.) and the treasurer for her local fire department.
